Carlson Ear Nose & Throat Associates specializes in compassionate patient care for all ages.
Our Board Certified physicians provide complete surgical and non-surgical treatments for disorders of the ears, nose, and throat, including balance disorder evaluation, and performing facial cosmetic procedures.
Our Doctors of Audiology are specialists in hearing and balance disorders, and perform comprehensive evaluations for all ages. Balance rehabilitation is now being performed in the office with a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
We accept a wide range of private and government insurance plans, as well as self-payment patients. We do not currently accept Workers Compensation, third party billing, or State funded medical plans such as AHCCCS, Mercy Care, etc.
